Grants by Program

Getting Started

With the rising cost of living in the United States, lower income individuals and families are looking for alternative solutions for keeping their households afloat. At the same time, tuition costs for higher education are only growing higher, making it difficult for those without significant financial resources to improve themselves and their status in life without taking on extreme loans and debt. Furthermore, aspiring and small business owners, community groups and non-profits, artists and researchers are almost always in need of additional funds to help fulfill their missions, goals and mandates.

Grant programs have aided individuals and families to improve their quality of life, make college affordable and nurture small businesses and community improvement programs. Provided by federal, state, county and private organizations, recipients can receive financial support and assistance that in most cases doesn’t need to be paid back. It’s a gift, but not one that an individual or organization can use for anything they want, but only for the purposes for which it was given.

So that you may quickly find potential programs that make sense for your needs, we have developed educational resource guides broken down into the following opportunity categories; By Program, By Demographic and Additional Assistance. Each opportunity presented has specific requirements, rules and application processes that must be followed in order to qualify. The information provided will help you get started on the journey by providing options for further investigation. Keep in mind that applying for grants takes research, effort and persistence. The help is out there and available but it’s up to you go and get it. Let’s get started!
